Maxwell
is working the case.  None of these people are actually out of money - 
Merchants Bankcard Svcs. (insurer), of course, actually eats it if no recovery
is made.  
Yes, I would suggest to at least report it to the Suwannee S.O.
You were actually in the store within the last 16 months, I would guess, or
