You must be thinking of cavers@ge*...Th* list includes all facets of technical technical diving from single tank deco dives to full on extreme gear configurations in all enviroments. Sometime people forget this and assume that all divers must wear and dive exactly the same, no exceptions. I agree with standarization and hog. configurations but techniques and equipment must vary according to the enviroment and objectives. If you don't agree then ask yourself if your really thinking it through. I'll list a case in point, one of the biggest proponents of standardization and the hog. configuration is George. Now go and ask him if he uses the *exact* same gear and techniques in the warm reef dives vs. his cave exploits. Even in cave does he use the same gear for the more normal dives as he does for the extreme record dives?
