Yes Jim, I agree with you wholeheartedly.

I suggest people include the expanded headers and mail complaints off to
postmaster@gu*.ne* and abuse@gu*.ne* (gulf.net is his ISP) as I have
already done and cc: almac@sc*.co* as well to let him know how
unhappy this piece of junk email has made you.  This is just one reason
why cavers is a private list which is NOT available and NOT sold to
anyone.
