When they see the ease of doing it right, they generally self-save, but then there are the powers of example. Down here , you can't blame Mimms for the horendous stupidity you see on his boat, since he is just driving. In cave it is different - nobody will dive with strokes, and the serious stuff requires other divers - this is a great regulating mechanism.
