I use a standard  Sherwood piston 1st stage with a yoke.  To this I run a 100'
Hookah hose to a "T"
fitting and 2 x2nd stages.  This allows some slack so the boat does not have to
be directly overhead
or the bottle can be at the side of the cave entrance depending on the dive you
are doing.  I attach
the yoke to the cylinder by using an air block threaded onto the O2 cylinder
fittings( the pieces to
assemble this connection can be obtained through Ginnie Springs or similar
shop}.  BTW, since the
gas supply is turned on pre-dive I also installed inline low pressure shut off
valves at each 2nd
stage.
