Jeff, the word is "malfeasance" - it means "legally unjustified, harmful
or or contrary to law; wrongdoing ( used especially of an act in
violation of public trust)" - a perfect description of this scumbag.

Again, the usual supects, the usual nonsense. This is why I do not deal
with any of thes people, and why I hold them is such contempt. Right
again. About all of them.
