It's a tough row to hoe, but I know that Tom Mount can >do it. The last cold day in hell was in 1989, when ANSI issued Designation: ANSI Z86.3-1989 Title: Underwater Safety - Entry-Level Scuba Certification - Minimum Course Content Standard Type: S&H Publisher: ANSI Price: 24.00 See http://www.ansi.org. Forecast: the next cold day in hell is expected some 8 to 12 years hence. A minor system named TDI has developed. If it continues to develop, it may nudge a major revenue stream far enough south (or north) to move around some of the major systems, eventually producing a cold snap. The current upwelling of dead bodies has not yet had any real impact, but if it continues it will eliminate the minor systems, and the conditions necessary for their formation. In summary: nice and toasty short term. See also http://www.webcom.com/~cscripts/-ymca/history.html for any amusingly self serving account of the first cold day in hell (the infamous 1959 CNCA Blizzard).
