David Elliot is retired from Shell UK, but he is still an advisor to the European Diving Union. You will remember him as the co-editor of the Physiology and Medicine of Diving. Elliot is a good guy to talk to for preventing charlie forxtrots in compex diving, but for what you need his co-editor, Dr. Peter Bennet, would be the guy to phone up. He is at Duke Univerity in Durham, NC where he runs DAN. His staff there may be able to help you, but it sounds like you may want to talk to the NASA doctors - they get this all the time, and they eliminate candidates accordingly. If you get bent flying, you don't dive or fly high. That is what you are going to get told - exercise "option number one" - don't dive.
