Is that your version of "a rational explanation of how any of these
factors would have cause the observed symptoms"? I sould have expected
as much. Actually, I *did* expect as much.

I bought it brand new a bunch of years ago, just before the "Tiger Shark
Dinner Bell" incident, afterwhich I never used the scooter again. The
scooter died and rotted, but the charger stayed in good condition.
