We are comparing apples to oranges, so to compare notes here is what I
get when I use the same deco gasses (I normally use 35%, and 100% O2, but
add a 50% if it's deep or long BT). Running Decom I get:

Depth BT
----- --
300 25 14/50
150 2 14/50
140 2 14/50
130 2 14/50
120 2 EAN 35
110 1 EAN 35
100 3 EAN 35
 90 2 EAN 35
 80 4 EAN 35
 70 4 EAN 50
 60 6 EAN 50
 50 6 EAN 50
 40 12 EAN 50
 30 14 EAN 50
 20 21 100%
 10 30 100%

I would then add a 1 minute stop at 230 and 160, and keep my ascent rate
at about 30ft/min until about 120 then 10ft/min (don't want those bubbles
forming). I also do all of my 10ft stop at 20ft, and nail all the deep and
intermediate stops. If I blow off some of the 20 ft stop, then it is not as
bad as missing the deep or intermediate stuff.

The water temp is high 40's to low 50's, and I run Argon. I run additional
tables for a 5 min bounce (aborted) dive, and I like to see what happens
if I blow my BT.

I don't re-run decom after I add the deep stops. I consider it deco. I usually
start my BT at 120.
