If you want to go an hour outside Manhattan, Scuba Depot in Mineola is pretty good, and Bob Raimo keeps a good stock of tech diving gear, including DUI suits. Their number is 516-739-3483 You can pick up reels and other odd-and-ends from Liesure Pro, 212-645-1234 but don't buy anything where you care about a manufacturers waranty - they have great prices, but alot of their stuff is grey market.
