Yes, we have lost a fellow diver and all have learned from the experience. As for Hennie's medical situation (PFO, in date medical, DCS History etc) I can't speak, nor for the entry requirements met by each of the indivuals. I do know that the full otopsie report and scan results have as yet not been released to the widow. I suspect there is some red tape involved due to the chamber being a naval institution - this has always been a problem with government based, especially military, insitutions in this country. Maybe they are trying to hide something. The treatment applied is debateable. Possibly to be discussed under another subject heading later on. I provided the facts of the dive acident as best I can. Should any body have any further questions, I suggest you direct them at TDI (SA), the contact information of which does appear on TDI WWW.
