These tissue types that are in the bulman ZHL-16 model are just that
tissue half times for nitrogen absorption.
The values that I have quoted are the tissue absorption times for the
other specific gases WITH RESPECT to the nitrogen times. 
i.e if the nitrogen half time was say bulman tissue 1 - 4min
the helium half time would be 4/2.65 = 1.5094 min
the hydrogen half time would be 4/1.0723
