It would seem to me that if you calibrate the sensor on pressurized air or oxygen (whichever you use), as long as you run it through a flow meter at a constant rate, the pressure of the gas hitting the sensor is going to remain constant, and therefore your reading will be fairly accurate (in terms of problems associated with pressure at the sensor) relative to your calibration.
