Fifth Dimension installed a gas mixing panel, and now does partial pressure filling for nitrox, etc. We use to have a continuous blend system through our Rix compressor. We have not changed the rings in 2 months since we dumped the continuous blend system. When we had the old system, we were changing the rings every 2 - 3 weeks and had our cooling tower blow (not sure if it's related to the O2). Although buying bottles of O2 costs more than a big bottle of liquid O2, we don't have to worry about evaporation if we have a slow month, and we are saving a lot of $$ in rings and service.
