The simplest and cheapest way to make dry gloves is to insert a 2 inch section of 4 inch diameter ABS or PVC pipe under the wrist seal - works on latex or neoprene - will stretch neoprene a bit. After getting into the suit put on insulating glove and then a heavy duty rubber glove over top insulating glove and the now 4 inch wrist seal. A hose clamp holds the thing together. A cuff of neoprene over the wrist seal will protect the glove at that point from punctures. You can leave the glove attached to the suit permanently if you don't mind gearing up with the gloves on.
