I posted to this list a week or so ago with my concerns on this point as well.
Wrolf Courtney and David Story (thanks guys!) then informed me that a revised 
table had been published by DCIEM with the O2 stop revised to 3m (20ft).

This revision was made some time between the March 1992 publication and the
last DEMA show.

Does anyone on this list have details on availability of the DCIEM update
package that gives the new tables?
