     For inner tubes(rubber) try a local motorcycle shop. Although many
bikes are using tubeless

tires, I'm sure there is still a supply of old tubes in their trash can.
Probably dirt-bike or ATV

tire tubes would be about right. I use strips from a 4.60 rear tube on 15
ft. ponys, fits perfect.

You would proably need a 5.50 or larger........
