I am currently using the "Interspace" Brand
of dry gloves.  This brand of dry glove works
on dry suits with Latex wrist seals.  The glove ring
are a two piece unit that fits together via dual O-rings.
When you pull the unit apart you have a glove ring and
a wrist ring. The wrist ring uses a single large
O-ring to attach it to the Latex wrist seal of
the dry suit.  The glove is attached to the glove
ring via a single large O-ring also.  Now that you
have the two ring of the dry glove system attached
to the dry suit and glove(s) you can snap the two
ring together for a water tight fit.

I have been using the Interspace brand of dry glove
system for Great Lakes diving for more then ten years
and I have found them to work quite well.
