You gotta send the lid in to AUL as they have to fit the bottom to the lid. It cost me $150 to replace that bad boy, my friend. You can throw in an extra $6 and have the cord replaced. Mine bit the dust off of a tank rack on a pitching dive boat. I now use a buckle to hold it onto the strap.
