Hi Hal,

Sorry I missed you on your visit. I trust everything worked well for you.

I'll probably get some flack for my response, but I long ago decided that
I want to be honest and open about my mixed-gas diving practices:

I've found that by using three helium cylinders, I can drain the first one
down to 50-100 psi by the time the third is at the limit of my particular
filling pressures (1200-1700 psi)
I've found I only 2 O2 cylinders are needed for the nitrox fills (O2 is
relatively cheap), but I also use O2 for surface-supplied deco, and for
filling my O2 backup pony (1900 psi), so I usually have three at once.

I rent the cylinders from the local gas company. He costs about $120 for
303 cu. ft., plus a $100 deposit on the cylider, and about $6 per cylinder
per month rental fee. O2 is about $50 for a slightly smaller cylinder,
but other costs are identical

Industrial

See above.
