Try the Self Rescue WEB Site http://www.selfrescue.com/bmap_chart.html.
This is a pulic service annoucement created to inform diver's of the
variable surface positions created by various cylinders. Most divers are
unaware of the dramatic shift from face-up to face-down at the surface
without a negatively ballasted tank.

Any additions to the site would be appreciated.

P.S. Bret has also tryed to keep this from being displayed (gear
balancing creates a higher level of training responsiblity).
