Trouble is, Phil, that, like it or not, the BSAC is generally assumed to
be speaking for us all, and the show is given a lot of coverage.

Funny old crowd, the BSAC. They seem to have a love hate relationship
with technical diving.
There's advocates of deep-air and trimix at all levels, and quite a lot
that don't seem to know the difference.
Yet BSAC officially doesn't approve either.
Just look at Diver, their magazine, which often has articles on trimix
dives and recently one about a trip (with 2 top BSAC people)
to the Andrea Doria (80m max) which, I understand, was done on air.

Pity I can't make it.
Let's hope that a vocal minority don't spoil it for everyone.
