Heck Tom, not so fast. I'm taking sides. I picked winner
as soon as the argument started. And so far, nothing's 
changed.

Since you've taken the liberty of speaking for everyone
on the list, I'll just speak for the southern hemisphere:

We of the vast southern continents have been amused and 
informed as Cobb has used his acutely tuned bullshit 
detector, fine writing skills and nice line in invective 
to point out the absurdities of many of the statements 
made on these lists, and to question the character of 
their authors.

By that he has done us all a sterling service. We (your 
southren cousins) think Cobb is a straight shooter, and 
he is welcome to come and dive with us anytime. He is 
intelligent, entertaining and instructive. 

On the other hand, there's Bott.
