Dear webmaster,

Your user was thrown off another IP in the last month for this type of
postings to a public forum.  And as you can see he is in violation of the
acceptable use policy of every credable IP world wide.  I don't advocate
cencorship.  However, this gratuitous use of profaine language is not
needed in a public forum where minors CAN and ARE present.  I have 
examples
of the language Mr. cob used to get himself thrown off his last IP if you
wish to see that this is a repeting patern of abbuse
