The problem we have in America is, no one has to do anything wrong to be sued, just find a lawyer who will take the case even when its totaly your own fault, an attorney will take the case and get a settlement, they sue everyone involved looking for the DEEP POCKETS, heavy insurance coverage or wealth. They call it wrongful death if the person dies and if the person survies they say I didnt undersand or they gave no briefing or didnt assign me a buddy, even if they dove solo all there life and the best is, "thats not my signature and I never seen that waiver before". steve bielnda -- ÿWPC_ -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
