You are out of your gourd, man.  Only a blithering IDIOT would even COME UP
WITH AN IDEA like putting air on top of a K cyl of O2.  Not to mention
using it later for a "deco" gas.  

Also, for what it's worth, my gas supplier evacuates all O2 bottles before
refilling.
