    William,
How many do you know, 20 or 30? I doubt you know 1% of the
home mixers. Spare me the "all home mixers have analysers" crap.

You are correct that the only difference between those two
grades generally is that medical Oxygen cylinders are emptied
and have a vacuum drawn on them to remove contaminants.
This is done so when one of you "home brew wizards" puts
an air top on a "k" cylinder of Oxygen to make EAN 80 for
surface supplied deco gas, and then returns the cylinder
without emptying it, The next person doesn't get stuck with less
      100% Oxygen.

       No.

     No.

I can't believe you went and got a 50 ton master's licence. After all,
everybody knows that that's an other needless goverment regulation
just like medical Oxygen. And everybody knows that the license is no
reflection of you're ability to run a boat. Did you take the mail
order correspondence course to pass the written only test? I can
just see you now, standing at the helm telling your customers
how you need a captain's licence to operate a vessel for hire.
      Spare me captain hypocrite!

The world contains but three types of people:
            1. Those who make things happen.
            2. Those who watch things happen.
            3. Those who wonder what happened.
