One thing that’s over looked on this subject and others like, is what
will the insurance companies do in case of a law suit? The carriers are
looking for ways not to pay claims. If the business owners seem to be
gun shy remember it's their ass’s as well as their family’s well being. 
No mater how silly some of the guidelines may seem if just one corner
was cut and the insurance companies can prove it, the business owner is
left out in the cold.

If someone wants to kill themselves that’s fine with me, but until tort
reform comes of age don’t expect help.
