In this sheet you specify the Equivalent Narcotic Depth you want at bottom, also the ppO2 you want at bottom, and it's shown the ideal trimix, then you specify wich final pressure has your tank and wich Nitrox do you have available, and it tells you (by partial pressures) the amount of helium to put in first then the Nitrox and last to top with air.
