A TDI instructor emailed me and told me that Gilliam is claiming he
got my Scuba Pro sponsohip cancelled due to me calling a Palmer and
idiot for killing himself on deep air.
Let me make one thing extremely clear: the day that anyone who
sponsors me sides with Gilliam, is the day I fire them as a sponsor. I
will not tolerate a stroke like Gilliam, or anyone or anything who acts,
thinks , or even looks like this guy.
It is true that he called many of my sponsors, and it is equally true
that they all laughed in his fat face, and told him they are as sick of
deep air death as George Irvine is, and if he is too stupid to
understand that, not to waste their time.
One told him that they are a "technical diving company" and that
deep air is not technical diving. If you wnat a good idea what the rest
said, see Robert Carmichael's comments. He is our Scuba Pro retailer,
and he is also the owner of Halcyon, our biggest sponsor, and Brownies
Third Lung.
