You cannot count your descending stairsteps using a table, so this
dive is simply:

70fsw/45min
50fsw/ 6min
35fsw/ 4min

Using the PADI RDP I see this as a decompression dive after the first
step: the 70fsw no-stop limit is 40 minutes.  I'm not sure how you
calculated any other result.

No table can tell you whether you'll get bent, only that you are
"unlikely" to get bent if you stay within the table.  The definition
of "unlikely" varies depending on table, dive conditions, and your
physiological match to the ideal/model body they are simulating.
