Art,

Get real.  The next thing you'll be wanting is for all the wimp divers
in the NE (who are only certified advanced for the strenuous diving
conditions that occur in Pennsylvania quarries) to actually dive in salt
water.

Do you really expect the tech instructors to give up their subsidized
trips to Florida and the Caribbean.  The students can't be exposed to
the local dive scene, if  they were they would soon realize that they
seldom, if ever, see their old instructors actually diving.

With any luck, there's light at the end of the tunnel,
