Carlos,

I'm talking about turning the upside down (180 degrees from the way they
are usually filled).  This would have gravity hold the gas down hence it
will enter the tank slower.  This would create less heat as the tank is
filling slower.  Hence less  heat, less wear and teat on components...

P.S. I'm being sarcastic (full of B.S.)

	If you turn the tanks upside down then the fill is slower and
there is
	less heat build-up!!  I think filling upside down is better
since with
	less heat there is less wear and tear on the valve and tank.
Now you
	only need to get them O2 cleaned every 13 months.  Well worth
making a
	complete ass out of yourself by demanding "180 degree" fills!!
