If you turn the tanks upside down then the fill is slower and there is
less heat build-up!!  I think filling upside down is better since with
less heat there is less wear and tear on the valve and tank.  Now you
only need to get them O2 cleaned every 13 months.  Well worth making a
complete ass out of yourself by demanding "180 degree" fills!!
