When I say lose insurance, I mean that if there is one claim , no
mater who caused it, or whether you did anything wrong or not, the whole
training agancy loses insurance, not just the offending instructor. 

  That is why when you have a idiot teaching trimix while himself
breathing air ( gee, I wonder who could be that animal stupid?) , he is
betting YOUR livelihood. 

  Now how smart do you think it is to make every incompeteent stroke out
there an isntructor, and how smart do you think it is to just fire out
instrucotor cards in the mail? If you make your living teaching diving,
I would think you might just be concerned about this, and might want to
take a look around you at the horrifying incompetents that are holding
your paycheck in the balance.

  I would demand a list of lawsuits that are on the table , and then be
prepared to find a new way to make a living - they are going to hit
sooner or later. You know who has the biggest chance of losing - the
biggest idiots. You figure it out. Why do you think we keep hearing all
of the rumors?
