two more questions:

1)  where can one purchase the simple BC inflator elbows to replace the
huge and annoying pull-dump apperatise?

2)  on a hogarthian rigged stage, how/where does the reg get parked prior
to use?  is the small bolt snap clipped off to something, or is it just
tucked under the inner tube up to the second stage?  are 2 inner tube
strips standard?
