Several have responded with some variation of:
> Trying to put everyone in the water at the same time with the same
profile so they're all out together, ....

So now your diver is stricken (dcs, embolism, trauma, etc.) five or ten
minutes into an hour and a half deco profile that everyone is following. 
What now? Think risk management.
