To All;
   Does anyone know what happened to the diver that got bent?
   Does anyone know what led up to the incident? Was it equipt-
ment related, gas management problem, or did it just happen after
the planned scheduled deco? What kind of failure was it?
   We all know what happened afterwards, and who is being blammed.
So, knowing what led up to the incident wil greatly help me avoid
those mistakes in the future. Any help will be appreciated.
