Tom, it is not my agency, and I do not "control" it any more than I
"control" the NACD or the WKPP. We all are contributors to these
efforts, it just so happens that those of us who do the kind of diving
we do are all of one mind on how we like it. 

ALl of the things you ask about here are already in place, but Jarrod is
the Director, and he will want to answer this, or you can call Donna. It
is not mine, and I do not want to speak for JJ in this matter.
