 1.  Directly from my posterior.  Yes, 1.6 ATA is the most accepted limit,
 yes
     the NOAA guidelines have times associated with each ppO2, yes I have
 heard
     1.4 going around recently.

 2.  Air looks pretty good to me in the 0 to 60 fsw range, in the range of
     exposure times reachable with today's open circuit scuba equipment.

     I can understand the argument that the default gas pumped should be
 EAN 32,
     so that all recreational diving is done on "SafeAir".

 3.  I will immediately start over with a new attitude.
