Hi everybody,                                                                   
I just heard that a couple of divers were arrested (maybe ticketed) in          
Michigan for diving in a public lake and not using a Divers Down flag.          

Is there any truth to this?                                                     

Are they newby divers, experienced or <gasp> instructors?                   


How much is the fine for diving without a flag?
