Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit. Where do you park your car? In the center 
of the fucking sun??? These tanks are TESTED to 3X max pressure!

Also, do me a favor and pull your valve and remove the O ring. Put the 
valve back on. Fill the tank up. What happens?

AND FOR GODS SAKES DONT GO TO EUROPE...I REPEAT... 
DO - NOT - GO - TO - EUROPE... THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF BURSTDISKLESS 
TANKS... MY GOD THEY ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE... RUNFORYOURFUCKINGLIVES!!!
