Fish farming is the answer, delegalize fishing all togheter. We run a fish farm off the coast of Sardinia Island (Italy), the fish are grown in sea water and live in large nets. The fish is good, tasty and passed all the biological test. We employ ex-fisherman that get payed better then on a fishing boat. Under the nets the bootom is about 30 msw/90 feet and a large colony of free swimming fishes have found a new habitat and feed themself with the left over of what we feed the fishes above: nothing get wasted, and we even make money out of it. Nobody goes around shooting at free running cows, but we all get our stake if we want. We probably cannot farm tuna efficiently at the moment, but what about doing some serious research about that? PS: Sometimes we have dolphins eating the free swimming fishes that live under the net, that contains the fishes that we eat... Stay wet...
