Hi there, You cannot copy the cable as it is, because it has a chip in the molded plastic that invert the signal from the rs-232 from Transmit to Receive, that is way you read data from the Aladin, and change configuration with the same cable. The only thing you could do is to make 2 cables, one for reading data (the most common procedure) and one to change the parameters of your Aladin. You need to switch cable to do that but it should work. And of course you need the original cable to check what you are doing. And of course you need the original software to use it. And of course you need the original Aladin to play the game. It was actually easier to clone Dolly!
