I know that we have covered this a million times but I have another twist on the use for a Spare-Air. What if a person wore a velcro wetsuit and attached Spare Airs onto this suit in a pre-ordered fashion so that as he/she is diving he/she can "drop" the spare-airs as stage bottles. The spare airs have the Oceanic pressure gauges (the little dime sized ones) to tell when a third is up. The dive could be be planned that the "Stages" could be used and dropped from the left to right on the suit (or for a Jewish person, right to left). You would use them in rows till you got to your fins then turn around and reverse the process. You could use some of the Spare-Airs for deco stops and have them oxygen cleaned for use with Nitrox and O2. Any other thoughts? Things that make you go "Huhhh. -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'. Send list subscription requests to `techdiver-request@aquanaut.com'.
