Hello, I am a fairly new diver and wanted to ask for some feedback on how other divers try to make their air last. I dive with an Alum. 80 and usually can dive for about 35-45 min to around 85 - 95 feet for 20min of the dive. I would like to extend this time if possible. Do you have a pattern of breathing you follow? I've been told everything from not to even think about my breathing to exhaling slowly for as long as possible and then taking a similar inhale. Any information, advice, etc., on how to make my air last longer would be greatly appreciated.
