David it's this simple , forget it. 
Either you are joking , or you have not read this list for very long. People
are dying here and you don't even know what BC to use, and your terminolgy of
"twin" tanks indicates to me you think all you need to do is to tie a couple
of cylinders togeather, alter your BC and off you go.

Anyone who would propose to teach you something like that is more dangerous
than you are, what is the name of the individual who would propose to teach
you this ?

It's this simple. I am not bashing you I'm telling you the straight facts,
forget it.
