Not only have I not heard anything from him but I have still never received an issue from my 2 yr subscription which is now over 1 yr old. After numerous emails and phone calls plus seeing Joel in person at BTS, his only response has been "Our records show they were mailed....must be the mailman really likes the mag". I think I'm going to give up and just write this off to a lesson learned (about what I don't know). It's just that the time and aggrevation spent trying to get this fixed has exceeded the value of the subscription.
