Since I have been correcting you, you now are able ridicule in complete sentences, your spelling is much improved, and this is the first time I have received mail from you without one of your sexual fantasies. You may not think I am much of an instructor, but I have gotten you to do this in only three days. Nobody else has been able to do this in three years! I think your ready for the advanced communication course. This course is called "Reading For Comprehension". In this course we teach you how to read and comprehend before flaming. But first lets set the record straight. You may need to enlist the help of the person who showed you how to use your Spell Check. Have them show you how to use the Techdiver Archives, so that everything I say here you can verify if you choose to. 1. I never said that I promote Air diving to 200'. I said I couldn't condone it below 200'. Personally, I use Trimix below 150', use an END of 130', and plan such dives with a PO2 of 1.4 or less. I also sell it and promote it's use for the obvious benefits. Obviously you confuse "condone" with "promote". 2. As for "dive store wizzard", if you check my posts on "Techdiver" for the last 6 months, you find I know more about Scubapro regulators, OMS equipment and steel tanks in general than 99.9% of the people on "Techdiver" ( including you ). 3. I am 6' and weigh 165 lbs., no gut , no beard. I am in the water on average of three days every week and log over 100 ocean dives every year. I am not some desk jockey that scuba dives on the weekend for a hobby. 4. Finally, I knew Rob Palmer although not well. I met and talked with him on 3 or 4 occasions in the last two years. The subject of deep air diving never came up, and I would say that he seemed a very decent individual ( is that a term your familiar with george? ). Now it's time for your "Reading For Comprehension" course. The question I asked you 3 or 4 posts ago went as follows: George wrote: Bob, I do not respect anyone's right to fuckup diving for all of us - the deep air guys are ignorant strokes - both living and dead - G. Ted wrote: George, do cave divers feel the same way with regard to how far you push the envelope for your project and the repercussions to them in the event of your untimely death? If there is a difference what is it? Most people would not comprehend this to compare your diving to Palmer, but how you death during your project might effect accessibility of caves to cave divers in the future. George should have responded with something like: Ted, our dives our for explorational and scientific purposes and fall out side the realm and don't effect normal cave divers. George if this is more or less what you believe, why don't you say it like this instead of your normal diatribe? Ok George, It's your turn to respond. Remember what you have learned so far: 1. Complete sentences 2. Spell Check 3. None of your sexual fantasies 4. Read and Comprehend before responding Ted Green > Ted Green wrote: > > > Ted, let's get out the scorecard before we jump on here and start > making judegements: you are a dive shop wizzard who is incapable of > distinguishing deep air records form cave diving exploration. Those who make things happen. 2. Those who watch things happen. 3. Those who wonder what happened. -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
